Established in 2020, Exceed Reading Stars (ERS) originated as a grassroots response to literacy inequality in Lambeth. In five years, ERS has evolved into a dynamic organisation recognised for its distinctive youth-led governance model and evidence-based literacy interventions.

 

Our work is defined by a holistic approach: raising educational attainment, developing emotional intelligence, and ensuring that young people acquire the social and professional competencies needed to succeed in an increasingly complex world.
